Perhaps not a magic queue for instant restorations, but they do oftenly end up on the magic list of “I’m not even looking at those tickets”. Sucks for them if, later in time, they have an actual question and I remember their name.

But if the prof just teaches from the textbook or you find yourself able to teach yourself the material (like I do in linear algebra), then essentially what you have is people who know more than you do challenging you to find out the answers on your own.
